Billy began professionally doing hair in 1997 after graduating from Beauty College in Texas. He soon moved to Mt. Vernon, WA where he did hair for a few years before moving to Bellingham where he has been doing hair ever since. Billy started The Velvet Rope Hair Studio in 2005 with the goal of having a fun, culturally diverse salon that is involved in the community.
Billy has an eye for color and style and is able to offer all clients advice on how best to accent their look.
